Why the koala is quiet

First Soccer Boy was sick. Then Princess was sick. Now The Koala is sick.

This makes her even grumpier. So with the end of the month coming up...I'd get writing and submitting if I were you...

gute Besserung!

Take care of yourselves and be sure to drink plenty of Eucalyptus tea.

Oh dear! I do hope you feel better soon.

Ohhhh. It's the pits when the family succumbs one by one. Your only hope now is that your husband isn't next. Men are the worst when they get sick. You'd think the freaking world was ending.

Hope you feel better soon!!!!!!!!

And half way around the world, another young family experiences the same phenomenon. Coincidence? Or insidious plot?

Ah. Well, that boy I married took the pirate and the princess away for a day over the weekend so at least the house is clean. Nothing like the scent of fresh Clorox to open the sinuses.

Okay, I've claimed my badge due to neglecting my writing. I am getting back on track, can I still participate?

Hope you all feel better soon. [hugz]

Question -- we get points for editing a novel to an agent's request. How about editing a novel to an editor's request? I got edits back on my novel and that's what I've been doing recently; not much fresh writing but working on edits. Does that count? Please? :)

I hate it when sickness oozes its way through entire families and consigns whole weeks of lives to the puke bucket.

Can't wait to have you back up on your feet, tearing away at my bared buttocks with those claws of yours.

Whirl, McK is going to have to find a different punishment for you, seeing that you clearly enjoy the current one too much.

Thank you my loves! Princess has re-succumbed today, so tomorrow there will be two of us clustered around the panadol jar. It's definitely a plot, Laurel...

Diane, you may! I hope you're displaying that Badge of Shame in a prime spot. I look forward to your stats this month.

Angie, yes, that counts, edit away!

Fairy - couldn't agree more!

I hope you are all healthy in short order. I'd hate to be shredded with less than your best effort.

I did some work on my outlining project while in NYC, but nothing in Egypt (quel surprise) so I'm not even at one poitn yet. Now I appear to have a bug or jetlag or both. But I shall get at least a point, and if not I'll just be the embarrassed braggart who shows herself as a wimp. You know, cuz I said I'd get some points this month.

Hmmm, I was laid low as well. Definitely an insidious plot. I'm back in the land of the living, hope you and yours are, too.

I hope soccer boy, princess, and Koala all feel better soon. And I'm not just hedging my bets because my writing output is less than impressive this month... I figure you'll smack me either way :-)

Hmmm. McK and Sylvia, both having been down for the count.

Is this an 'oceanically airborne' illness? Because if it is, we in the U.S. are right here between you guys...

All I know is, I'm gonna be drinking a lot of orange juice.

Hope you're both better now!
