Only one of you has the right idea...

And that would be Mother (Re)produces for the wonderful suggestion of a 'perma-smack' button for Catvibe: "I'm thinking dangling in a net just over McKoala, so she can give her a whack between leaf munches". What a beautiful vision. I don't need a button. I can just dream about it.

The rest of you, fie upon your foregiveness and general niceness! What nonsense! The challenge is about endurance! Pain! Claws!

By a huge majority, Janey is saved. I'll even give her the five points she didn't report. (But don't try that again Missy!). Catvibe and Diane J are...sssss...ssssss...ssssss...OK...because it's the first month....one point each.

Fail to report in next month, though, and you will be.....SMACKED DOWN!

Hehe. I knew it. The koala has a heart.

*ducks the swiping claw descending from on high*

*owwwww*

Your vision makes me think of Parrish's Dinkeybird. Add McKoala at the bottom to smack. :-)

Oh yay, I have company at the bottom. I was very lonely.

I'm going to have points for outlining two projects, writing 4k at least, and possibly (an extremely slight possibility) of getting a story submitted this month.

And I'm on Koala vacation next month. Whew.

By the way, can you clarify the points accrual for plotting? Is the 4k rule the words in the plot, or is it the length planned for the project? (I'm thinking you mean # of words in the actual plot/outline.)

All hail the Mighty Koala!
Fear the power of her claws!

(Is my nose brown enough yet?)

If she'd gone with McPlatypus, none of this would have happened...

This coming from an eyeball that has yet to be beaked, I note..

All hail the dread marsupial!

Who needs another button, apparently. Hmm, does her sadism know no bounds? Never mind! It is not my place to question Her Razor-Clawedness.

*starts sketching*

And, as usual, Whirl has made me laugh. :D

I'd fear platypi (?) more, with that poison spur and all. Besides, they are really strange looking.

You all keep talking about the claws, but have you seen those terrifying herbivorous fangs? I am working MUCH harder this month!

grump grump...yes ww is right, didn't you know about the platypus' poisonous spur? Maybe I'll borrow one, one day.

WW the 4000 is words actually produced on to paper, not theoretical ones.

JJ, no button necessary. I'm happy in my dreams.

Thank god this isn't the blog of the McWombat.

Whomp!

I am a fount of useless trivia. One of my better and very annoying traits. Mostly because I like to expound, as I am apparently doing now.

I shall get back to my outline/plot notes.

You have a lot of smackdown methods as it is -- cowers in fear.

I fear koalas even when bearing gifts.

The month of love is rubbing off on the Koala.

But will the love still linger till next month. Or will the Koala go back to her usual mercilessness. Find out next month. Same Koala time. Same Koala Channel.

Wait! Janey is saved? How did I miss that vote? Oh yeah, two back to back blizzards.

But next time, Janey, blizzards won't spare you from my vote.
hehehe

Damn - I could've had a nine easy with the theoretical ones :-)

Just so you know, my fear of getting clawed has kept me busy. I've been outlining, mostly, and I've got nearly 7k on that bit...and I'm only half done. That should be good for a couple more points, but I do have at least 2 for February.

And I might not need to take March off. I think I won't. I should be able to get at least one point.
