While googling myself, as one does, I found a host of McKoala impostors. Shock! Horror!
This is not me.
This is also not me.
Nor is this (scroll down to second bottom entry). Or this.
And if you are of a strong constitution, check this one out. But it wasn't me. (Either behind or in front of the camera).
It's perturbing actually. I have been McKoala for a very long time and I'm not too enchanted by the prospect of sharing my identity. Some people might mistake the less tasteful utterings of the other McKoala's for mine.
I can't really take my wrath out on them, perfect strangers that they are. However, I do have a handy whipping wench right here. Step forward O'Koala, if you dare...

Look on the bright side: your influence has grown so great that kids these days are trying to emulate you.
It's always strange to find other people with your name.
I thought writtenwyrdd was too unique to ever be used by anyone else, but there's a plethora--a bona fide gaggle!--of writtenwyrd/ written wyrd imposters out there. No one else has the eclect double-d, though. I had to give up my old arts name of wyrddsmith because there was another wyrdsmith out there... a genuine writing group in the midwest someplace. Boo! (Good thing I did a quick web search before choosing my blog name, eh?)
I am distressed to see that McArmadillo is already taken: I was considering changing in homage of the only genuine McKoala, whose given name surely is not Reginald. Clothilde, didn't you say it was?
this is not me. Despite what google says.
I'm not steppin' anywhere!
Peter - you're a lot hotter in the 21st century than you were on the 19th!
Matthew, my new best friend. No, um, hang on, Pam's streaking into the lead... (it's Minnie, by the way).
Glad I'm not alone. Freaked out, but not alone.
Pete, is that the one from the attic?
Janey...*pushes down 'Goblin Release' lever*
McKoala imposters re el stinko.
That said, there are a boatload of people I Googled with my first and last (actual) name. And there was apparently a singer named Robin. S. a while back. I never knew that before.
I'm popular in New Zealand. There's a young lady who plays, um, squash (I think - can't remember now). There was a cat breeder there, too.
I've also got a name doppleganger in the UK. She seems to have fallen off the Google radar. She sings and weaves.
These days, I seem to have taken over the google-waves and built my own little Sarah Laurenson empire. Most of what comes up is me, but those others sneak in there occasionally.
I can't help but think McK likes the giving punishment to others a little much. Maybe a new name should be McDominatrix.
Paca made me laugh.
MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
